Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradvocate (“the Service”), operated by Tradvocate LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tradvocate is a document generation tool designed for contractors. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate professional documents including demand letters, collection requests, lien notices, dispute responses, work comp responses, and HR employment letters based on user-provided information.

3. Not Legal Advice

The Service does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Documents generated by Tradvocate are informational tools created using AI and general legal references. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. You should review all generated documents with a qualified legal professional before use, particularly for time-sensitive matters such as lien filings.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per individual; duplicate accounts created to circumvent trial limits or plan restrictions may be terminated.

5. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with up to 3 documents. A valid credit card is required at signup but will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue generating documents. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for how you use generated documents. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradvocate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
